电脉冲破岩钻进技术研究进展Research Progress of Electro Pulse Boring Rock Breaking Technology

摘要(Abstract):
随着石油、天然气、地热井等勘探开发钻井深度的不断增加,传统的机械钻井方法表现出效率低、能耗高等缺点,因此有必要研发新型高效的破岩钻进技术。电脉冲钻进具有破岩效率高、能耗低、井壁质量好等优点,是目前一种非常具有潜力的新型高效破岩方式。介绍了高压电脉冲放电破岩分类、电脉冲钻进技术应用前景、电脉冲钻进原理及电脉冲破岩钻进研究现状,并对电脉冲破岩钻进装置、电脉冲破岩过程及电脉冲钻进基础理论等的研究进展进行了分析。在总结电脉冲钻进岩石破碎研究存在不足的基础上,探讨了电脉冲钻进技术可能的发展趋势与研究方向。
