碳酸盐岩热释光作为古环境替代指标:机遇和挑战Thermoluminescence of Carbonate Rocks as a Paleoenvironmental Proxy:Opportunities and Challenges

摘要(Abstract):
碳酸盐岩广泛分布于各地质历史时期,其古环境研究指标诸如C、O、Sr等同位素组成的应用已经相当成熟。相比而言,热释光技术具有测定简便、快速、成本低的优点,能够广泛应用于地质样品的研究中,并且碳酸盐岩热释光能够灵敏地响应其所处区域的环境变化,因而在海洋和陆地古环境变化研究中具有潜在的应用前景,是一个新的古环境替代指标。在前人研究的基础上总结了碳酸盐岩热释光的发光机制及其制约因素,详细论述了当前国内外碳酸盐岩热释光在古环境研究中的应用现状,并指出了研究中存在的问题以及可能的解决办法。下一步研究应着重进行多载体、多指标的对比,以减少热释光信号中的干扰因素,增强其在古环境研究中的可靠性。
