排水管道非开挖原位固化法修复内衬优化设计Optimal Design of the Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining for Trenchless Rehabilitation of Drainage Pipelines

摘要(Abstract):
目前我国排水管道采用原位固化内衬(CIPP)进行非开挖修复的设计理论并不完善,主要参考《城镇排水管道非开挖修复更新工程技术规程》CJJ/T210-2014,存在的主要问题是没有考虑CIPP内衬出现的各种几何缺陷,包括褶皱、环状间隙等对圆周支撑系数K值的影响。通过总结已有的研究成果认为:内衬的尺寸比DR、褶皱和环状间隙等参数对K值有重要影响,建议在CIPP修复设计中,引入褶皱和环状间隙等几何缺陷的强度折减系数;在进行CIPP内衬修复设计时,应该通过施工前CCTV检查结果,结合施工经验预测几何缺陷尺寸,综合确定相应的圆周支撑系数K值。
